We request reviews from all our customers regarding the service they received – good or bad, we put them all up on our website for you to see. The reviews are live, with up to the minute feedback from our customers throughout the country. You can filter your search to focus just on the negative or positive feedback which shows the level of transparency that Conroy believes in.

Another great feature of the review module for our customers is the categorisation of the move into ‘moving overseas’, ‘moving to Australia’ and ‘moving interstate’. For example, a recent review was posted a couple of days ago in the category – 'moving to Australia’:

A 5 star rating from happy customers who moved to Australia, with some great insight into their experience of our service and staff. Thus far, out of 472 reviews, we have a 4.4 star rating average out of 5, with close to 300 5 star ratings.

There’s no hiding the fact that sometimes mistakes are made and customers receive a less than ideal service (Conroy has seen around 8 1 star ratings) but the ability to honestly review the experience for the world to see means we can address the problem and prevent it from happening again.

Ultimately our customers are number one and the fact that 90% of our customers said they would use Conroy Removals again and 89% said they would recommend Conroy to others is a sign of a great relationship between a business and its cherished customers.
