Surcharge Policy

In line with Conroy Removals policy for payments by credit/debit card, a surcharge will automatically be added to your invoice payment value. This surcharge is 2% for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The surcharge does not apply to Account2Account bank transfers.

When purchasing from Conroy Removals your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Refund Policy

Conroy Removals reserves the right to pay refunds. Please contact our Debtor Administration team on payments@conroyremovals.com.au if you feel you require a refund. All refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis and will only be refunded to the original card holder.
