We are a leading provider of household removal services with branches throughout Australia and New Zealand. For us, an Import Coordinator is one of our key roles where you are responsible for assisting with people arriving in Australia from all around the world. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Kallangur, Brisbane. As part of our imports team, we will train you from the ground up on the entire process of receiving and handling import consignments. You will need to have a good eye for detail, be able to work under pressure and provide excellent customer service.

Key Tasks:

-Co-ordinate the day to day import operations
-Internal /External customer queries
-Processing and monitoring all required import documentation
-Invoicing
-Customer queries and updates

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

-Customer service
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Competent with Microsoft Office
