Overall service was satisfactory, although there are a few things of our plates were found broken and we experienced of missing clothes airer/hanger, but then we understand this may happen during packing stage before departure.
However, I think it would be more helpful if the staff can help to unpack and take away the boxes, or if the place is small, at least they can come back in a couple of hours to help remove the boxes away, just a feedback, otherwise in overall the service is good.

We were so impressed with every aspect of the service - the communication with regards to our delivery, services provided and payment. The container was delivered as communicated, the 2 men worked so hard and cleaned up so well. Thank you so much - it was such a pleasure to have used your services.

The communication via Karen from shipping to delivery was really great - she kept us totally informed every step of the way. Once the ship docked in Australia everything happened fairly quickly.
The delivery guys were very efficient and helpful. Nothing was damaged and they were very neat.

The delay in trasportation, and delivery of my cosignment once in Australia, was unacceptable. I sssume that it was forgotten about as it was collected on the 25th February and on the 23rd April when I called to check the delivery date, my consignment still had not left NZ. I don't accept the explanation that shipping volumes across the Tasman were down to the degree that this delay could be justified.
