Professional
The removalists were very patient and took care when packing furniture for storage. They were efficient, professional, provided sound advice and were punctual.
This is the second time in 18 months that I have used Conroy Removals. As with the first time, they are helpful, effecient, and pleasant to work with. They are also very cost competitive. Highly recommend them in both Australia and New Zealand.
Easy to deal with
It turns out that the screws/bolts of all items that have been taken apart for packing are not packed together with the item itself.
The packing list is very high level and does not include e.g. a discription of a box with miscellaneous items or parts. Which makes it impossible to search for missing items without opening all boxes. If this was not the case, we would definitely give Conroy a five star rating.

Hi Conroy's,I have already given a review about the fantastic experience with your Team of Professional Removalist, within days of my items being dropped here on my property in Hastings.However,from the time I made contact Here in New Zealand to Conroy's, letting them know,I intended shipping some of my personal items from my daughter's place in Sydney back here to Hastings.A quote was given in Australian $$$ as a guide & a possible price was mentioned for the amount of containers & Boxes I thought I had to move? Then when I flew over I made contact with the Sydney Staff & was given a date for removal of item to Sydney's Wharf, Storage facility & the date for payment for full service as well as an insurance cover I wanted on the items in transit was effected.Plus the possible sailing date discussed. The official paper work includied Customs documentation which was emailed to me & completed prior to,the time for removal & transfer of my items.From that point on I received update via calls & emails throughout their shipping transit.I was especially happy to know that Customs Officers checked & cleared my items at sea.Once the ship docked at the Auckland Wharf I was informed my items were stored overnight in there warehouse facility there & the next day road transported to Conroy's Napier Depot.They rang me the following morning to see if we would be home to receive the Goods.So in Closing I would like to Thank all the Conroy's Removalist Staff at the Sydney Office as well those here in New Zealand, your HELP & CARE,was very much Appreciated indeed.
