Great service onsight with uplift, team were professional and efficient. Also, we required access pre Christmas to our international boxes and this was arranged without much effort and we were very grateful. Great service all round.
Excellent and friendly service at every step of the move. My only comment is that a day or so before our shipment was delivered to our home, the local agent came to visit and asked us to pay 850Euros cash. 300Euros or so were anticipated for the rental of a van to facilitate the transportation of the boxes to our house. The remaining 550Euros (arnpound 1000$) we were told were for customs clearance. We were only given a receipt without a serial number and proper invoice. This might be some quirky administration procedure but this cost is significant and customers should be told about these so they can make decisions and budget accordingly.
Great service, customer service was really helpful when needing advice. The team were happy to accommodate last minute requests. Friendly removalists and convenient dates. Faster than expected delivery time with zero issues, in fact so fast I nearly wasn't ready to recieve my goods.
From initial contact right through to packing and delivery it was all too easy would definitely use there services again.

The Melbourne part was seemless and perfectly executed.The customs clearance was excellent and seemless.The unload had a number of issues including timely arrival, then denial of a service we paid for, one of the removalists intimidating my wife a little bit. But once we made some calls it came back on track. The entertainment unit was dented, a light broken, parts of my vacuum I guess were thrown out with packing material... not sure if this is worth an insurance claim though as we did pay for insurance.The waste removal was seemless.
All in all - was a positive experience, delivery day was needlessly stressful and a little infuriating.
We haven't had our delivery yet. However a bit disappointed in the info on what is happening - we had to ask about our shipment (a phone call put through to Wellington was not returned ). We got an answer but no indication of when we might get delivery, even with a proviso on quarantine. The fact that this survey assumes delivery shows some internal comms problems. Bowever. We hope these are just Christmas gremlins, and delivery will be fantastoc as was the pack up
Conroy Removals were recommended to us after getting quotes from several others, they were amazing from the start and beat every other quote we had!! The team turned up and packed all our things with care and in record time. Everything labelled and easy to access. We even forgot to pack some things and they came back the next day and packed it for us, no issues or extra charge!! Upon arrival in NZ we needed to store our things, again, not a hassle! And it was cheaper than all other storage options. We requested to get a few things from storage and they happily held those for us for us to come and pick up. Beyond happy with the service!
